helpful staff room upgrade comfortable bed

The staff was polite. they upgraded my room, so i had my own shower, unexpected! i had a relaxing sleep. The bed provided great comfort.

the communal bathroom needed some attention.

Really good Hospitality and Cleanliness!

The lady at reception was so lovely and upgraded us to a bigger room! She even allowed us to check out at 11:30. It was much appreciated. The room was clean and warm, and I was happy with my stay and would definitely come back!

The owner was friendly and cute. the staff were kind, (which i really appreciate). i had a nice, relaxing sleep. The bed was comfortable.

mixed experience at this hotel

cigarette smoke dirty mirror

the room was functional, therefore i did not have any particular issues with it.

the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, especially in the upstairs area where my room was located. the bathroom had a distinct unpleasant smell, coupled with noticeable marks on the wall and a dirty mirror. furthermore, i discovered a kettle placed directly on the floor, plugged into a wall socket that looked to be haphazardly fixed with masking tape.

bigger room warm room clean room

the lady was lovely. she put us in a bigger room. she let us check out at 11:30. the room was clean and warm.

drugs were still being smoked on the step.
