Simple and Convenient Stay
The room was clean. Modern furniture was present. The kitchen was useful. The proximity to department stores near was convenient. I appreciated this advantage.

The hotel features a well-equipped kitchen space. It contains two markets around the corner, including Lidl and Tesco. The location is close to Westferry DLR and Mile End station.

Kamal helped us with everything we needed. He was available all the time. The staff was nice and understandable. The cleaner was very nice and the host very helpful.

amazing room, handy location!
comfy bed equipped kitchen
i loved that my double room was very clean it was in good condition. the bed was super comfy it was a great size. the kitchen was fully equipped it had stores and a bus stop nearby.

the location is awesome for getting around it has fast travel to a lot of places. i liked that a tesco and a lidl are just around the corner so it is super convenient for groceries and quick trips.

Adequate stay with a few drawbacks
shared kitchen great location nearby stores small room bed hairs stuck key
I found the shared kitchen very useful. It had all I needed. The location was convenient for getting around. Lidl and Tesco being so close was a great help. I really liked that.
The room was smaller than the pictures made it seem, quite cramped even. I also found hairs in the bed. I had to shake them off. A few times, the key got stuck, and I had trouble opening the door, annoying.

The room included a balcony. It was great for fresh air. The staff provided clean bedding that was very comfortable. I appreciated that!!!

dirty carpets thin walls
i booked a double room private bathroom, but the bathroom wasn't very clean. THE carpets were not nice. i also saw hairs in the shower and on the bed. the walls are thin.

some issues need adressing
unhygienic bathroom broken window handle
the room included a comfortable mattress, which i did appreciate.
self-check-in was a joke. i had to get the key from a combination lock on a public fence. plus, the code to all the rooms was the same, a security risk. also, the bathroom was very unhygienic, and the window handle was broke. so i showered with the window open.
