Simply Equipped Rooms
Rooms come with flat-screen TVs, electric kettles, and tea/coffee making supplies. Some rooms are soundproof. All rooms share a bathroom (toilet and shower) except for the King Rooms which include a private bathroom. Bedding is fresh, and beds are described as comfortable by guests. Certain rooms have been recently refurbished.
No Onsite Restaurant
There is no restaurant on site. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and dining tables for meal preparation. A small cafe on the corner serves breakfast. Complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water are available in rooms.
Shared Lounge Only

New Kirkstead is centrally located, 600 metres from Blackpool South Beach and Coral Island. Blackpool Tower and the Winter Gardens Theatre are a short walk away. North Pier is also nearby. Parking is available on the street outside the property.
