the hotel had kitchen facilities available to guests. i also had free access to cooking and washing appliances. bottled water chilled was available. a free parking pass allowed me to park near the guesthouse. wifi worked well .

the bathroom was a bit dated. but everything else was perfect.

the location was GREAT, just a short walk to the beach. i got a free parking pass and parked right outside. the staff was friendly and gave me extra towels when i asked.

the location was really convenient for getting to the pleasure beach.

the room situation was a bit of a mess i was told there would be two keys but there was only one i was even asked to get a key cut which felt a bit much.

lovely host and excellent location

friendly owner close waterpark reliable wi-fi

the owner was really lovely and friendly. it was REALLY close to the waterpark. the hotel was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. i got a complimentary upgrade to a family room, a nice surprise, and the wi-fi was fast and reliable.

the walls were a little thin, and i could hear some noise from other guests.

the location was really convenient it was near the promenade tram line. the staff were friendly and check in was easy. the bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep i'm grateful.

i found that there was no lock on the shared bathroom door it was a bit concerning. the bin in the room hadn't been emptied upon arrival it was not great. the on street parking advertised requires a permit i found this a little inconvenient

The staff was very cute. He was very helpful. the family room was a good size. The bed was very comfy. we got free chilled water which was a lovely bonus and the free parking pass was also very helpful to us.

the bathroom was quite small and could of been more clean.

i found the location very convenient near key attractions. i also appreciated access to kitchen facilities as well as cooking and washing appliances. it was useful to have chilled bottled water provided regularly. free parking was available right outside the building for my car.

the internet connection was sometimes a little slow.
