Nico at the staff was great! he was so helpful and friendly . the front desk staff showed really good courtesy, the best i have ever seen. management were really good too help with an injury i sustained. I felt really supported.

i found the breakfast to be quite overpriced. there was also no bus service to the airport, a little inconvenient. my room lacked biscuits and milk for tea, so that was disappointing.

The room was very clean and a great size. The bathroom was also very good. The bed is very comfortable. All the drinks in the mini bar were complimentary.

There was no free water. I would have preferred that over a welcome snack at checkout. I paid an additional 15 eur for two bottles of water. The breakfast was way too expensive.
